How it works

Your team shows us the work. We figure out what can be automated.

You do not need to know what to ask for. Most owners do not, and that is fine — working it out is our job. Here is how the whole thing goes.
1

Show us how you work

We talk with you and your team to understand the repetitive tasks involved in running your business.

This is a conversation, not a demo. We ask what your team does every day and every week, which screens they move between, what gets retyped, and what has to be remembered. You do not need to prepare anything or know what an AI agent is. If your office manager can describe her Monday, that is enough to start.

2

We find what can be automated

We identify the repetitive steps eating your team's time and where automation can realistically help.

Not everything should be automated. Some work is too varied, happens too rarely, or needs a person's judgement. We go through what we heard, tell you which parts look like a good fit and which do not, and explain why in plain language. You get that in writing whether or not you decide to work with us.

3

We build it for you

We build a custom automation that works with the software your business already uses.

We build around your existing tools rather than asking you to replace them. Your team keeps working the way they already do. Before anything goes live we agree what the automation is allowed to do on its own and what has to wait for a person, then we watch it alongside your team until it is behaving the way you expect.

How we operate

A few things we commit to.

We build around your software, not instead of it

You already pay for your CRM, your accounting software, and your phone system. We work with them. Your team keeps using the tools they know.

We will tell you when not to automate

Some work is too varied or happens too rarely to be worth automating. Saying so costs us a sale and saves you a bad project, so we say it.

You approve what gets built before we build it

You see what each automation will do, which systems it touches, and what it needs access to — in plain language — before anything starts.

We stay after it goes live

Software changes and so do processes. When your systems or your way of working change, the automation gets updated to match.

You stay in control

Automation should handle the repetitive work, not run your business.

Some steps are safe to run on their own, like filing a document or preparing a draft. Others should never happen without a person, like sending a contract or issuing a refund. You decide which is which, and we set those limits before anything goes live.

    Step 1

    The automation prepares the work

It gathers the information and gets the task ready to go.

    Step 2

    An employee reviews it

Your team sees exactly what was prepared, before anything happens.

    Step 3

    An employee approves it

Nothing sensitive moves forward until a person says so.

    Step 4

    The system carries it out

The approved action is applied in your software.

Security & privacy

Your business data stays under your control.

You would be letting an outside company near the systems that run your business. That deserves a straight answer rather than a page of badges, so here is how we handle it.

We look at the work before we look at your systems

The free workflow analysis is a conversation. It does not require access to anything.

We ask only for the access the approved automation needs

If a workflow only needs to read your calendar, that is what we ask for. No blanket admin accounts.

We use official, supported connections

We connect through the integrations and interfaces your software vendors provide for this purpose.

Your passwords stay with you

We do not ask for your passwords. You authorize connections yourself, from your own account.

Access can be turned off

Connections should be limited and revocable, and we show you where the switch is for each one.

You approve what the automation can and cannot do

You decide which steps run on their own and which wait for a person to approve them.

Let's find out what you can automate.

Tell us what your team does every day and every week. We will go through it with you, point out what could realistically be automated, and be straight about what could not. It takes about 45 minutes and costs nothing.

  • A written list of the repetitive work in your business
  • An honest answer on what could realistically be automated
  • And what should be left alone, and why
  • Yours to keep, whether or not we work together
